EarthWorkZ LLC provides land clearing, lot grading, dirt work, debris removal, stump removal, demolition, and disaster response services in Northwest Florida. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions and scope of work
• Payment terms will be established in writing before work begins
• Additional work beyond the original scope requires written authorization

4. Liability and Insurance

EarthWorkZ LLC maintains comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, utilities not properly marked, or damage due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Property Access and Preparation

• Client must provide clear access to work areas
• All utilities must be marked by appropriate agencies before work begins
• Client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits
• Valuable items and structures must be identified and protected by client

6. Weather and Force Majeure

Work schedules may be affected by weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. EarthWorkZ LLC will make reasonable efforts to complete work in a timely manner but cannot guarantee specific completion dates due to these factors.

8. Modifications
